Impeccable stay and extraordinary hospitality! My family and I couldn't have wished for anything better! We went down to Pesaro for my wedding out of town, and we relied on his property. The house was perfect: clean, well-kept, equipped with every comfort and corresponding in everything to the description, if not even better in person. But the real added value was the owner Elvin (and not only him, but also his whole family, his wife and his 2 children): extraordinarily helpful, present at the right time but never intrusive, always ready to give useful advice and respond quickly and kindly to any request. He made us feel really welcome, as if we were at home. A rare hospitality to find, which made our stay special in every way. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking not only for a place to sleep, but an authentic experience of hospitality and care. We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We were two friendly couples with two dogs and had a wonderful time! The house and location are perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Due to the two separate bedrooms incl. The bathroom also had plenty of room for four. We felt very comfortable! Especially the fenced outdoor area and the private pool made the stay perfect for us! The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet location also invite you to relax. The nearest major city Città di Castello (about 25 min. by car) is also worth a visit. There are also some restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very attentive and available at all times and also surprised us once with a delicious cake. We had a great and all-round successful vacation - thank you Tiziano!

Beautiful, country home in the best Italian style. Large, comfortable, with a beautiful garden and views of the olive grove. Stefano and his father Paolo are very kind and helpful hosts. A place for people who value peace and quiet. The sea, mountain trails, and beautiful Urbino are within a half-hour drive.

We were with my parents and our nine-year-old daughter at Stefania's and had a great vacation! The house was perfect for us. It is equipped with everything and furnished with a lot of love for detail, we felt comfortable immediately. Most of all, because Stefania is such a warm and helpful hostess. She welcomed us with a large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, and she also provided water and some things for the kitchen and both bathrooms (e.g. soap, shower bath, etc.). We could reach her at any time and get great tips from her. Their loving and exceptional nature is also reflected in the house and garden. We were already able to have some meals on the terrace and look out at the sea from afar, once also especially early at sunrise. The view is beautiful. Within walking distance there are great viewpoints and restaurants from which you can enjoy the sunset. The location is fantastic!

The host Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The house looks like the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with every problem.

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.

Maria Rosa is a wonderful host! In addition to meeting our requests and needs, she was super hospitable and kind! The place is great! All rooms are spacious and spacious, we didn't need anything since everything we needed was present in the house. We stayed for a weekend in 4 people and 6 dogs who really enjoyed the really large outdoor space! Strategic location to reach the sea and the many hiking trails we enjoyed with our furry friends. This was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever been to! TOP!! We were 8 adults and 6 children between 1 and 11 years old. The outdoor area is absolutely fantastic, the pool is incredibly beautiful! The water is very good quality. There is also a small level for the little children, so that bathing fun is guaranteed for everyone. There are numerous seating options to enjoy the evenings. It was also perfect for our dog! The plot is very large but as far as I have seen completely fenced. The hosts are very nice and were always available and really took care of everything. Absolutely recommend!!

We booked this beautiful property to celebrate NYE with a group of friends. We were 16 in total and we had a wonderful time together. The property has all the amenities and the rooms are cleaned and comfortable. The communal spaces were spacious so that we can have our meals together. I have a small suggestion, for future references it would be great to have all the basic spices in the kitchen such as salt, pepper and sugar.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

What a beautiful home in a stunning location - even better in real life. Perfect for our 2 families. A complete escape - totally private and quiet with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. There is a perfect place for every part of the day, whether swimming in the pool or having a leisurely breakfast or dinner outside (or inside). Beautifully designed interior, from bathrooms to antique furniture and art and a very well appointed kitchen. Every detail has been thought of, and it is also very comfortable and family friendly. Eva was a friendly and responsive host, and we were grateful for her long list of recommendations. Endless day trip opportunities by car, including stunning hill towns (e.g. Urbino, Gubbio, Todi) and the coast (e.g. Sirolo). Honestly could have spent the entire time just relaxing at this beautiful home! Would love to return.

Charming villa in a quiet location. We enjoyed it! A little more amenities such as more sun loungers with pillows, more service in the kitchen... would complete it, but that is only a small side note.

We had an incredible stay at the villa. The yard was very spacious with a huge pool and beautiful surroundings which we could enjoy every day. The villa was plenty of room for 4 adults, two small children, and a dog. The kitchen and property was well stocked and Internet worked great (some were teleworking). The AC was wonderful to have during the summer heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. With a car you can easily take day trips to old towns like Assisi, Pergugia, Gubbio. We also enjoyed the frassasi caves. Our only regret was missing the summer festival in Morra by 1 day! A wonderful stay overall that we would recommend!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

A wonderful place to relax! The friendly and helpful host made our stay very pleasant. The house is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and with stunning views of the surrounding area. The location is quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything you need. We had a great time in the beautiful Casa Isabella! 2 rooms and a mezzanine are on the top floor around a large living area, the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and lead out to two large terrace areas and the beautiful private swimming pool. The view from the terrace and the pool are stunning! Everything was perfect for us; we loved the peace and quiet, the hosts were always responsive and helpful, the house is well stocked and feels like home straightaway and there are some great restaurants just 15min away in pretty much all directions.

Mirella saved our trip to Umbria when we were misled by another home rental company about the accommodations and had to find another place last minute. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout. Highly recommend for groups and families!
