Beautiful and quiet place to stay. We immediately felt at home. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We always got fresh fruits from the garden and everything is perfectly equipped and clean.

Refúgio Dos 3 Passos was perfect in every way. The property is located on a quiet road, surrounded by vineyards and local dining. In just 20 minutes is the beautiful city of Braga, the coast is only a 45 minute drive as are several other must-see cities. The house is spacious and there is a large yard that is fully fenced. I would highly recommend this Refugio for short and long term stays. The host António was attentive, helpful and always responded quickly.

Nice quiet place. It’s a suite in the bottom floor of their house. The interior of it and the patio area felt a bit like a peaceful oasis. In terms of location, you will probably need a car to get there and to get to anything (there is quite a bit to do within 15-30 minutes of driving). It’s not especially walkable. There is a little cafe and a small grocery store just up the street, which was great for evening snack runs :) They are very friendly people and clearly put a lot of effort into making their space welcoming 💜

I had such a lovely stay here. I stayed for 5 weeks and it became a proper little home from home. The host was great and Silvia (the owner) was such a star!! (And her cat is arguably the main character!) The countryside was so beautiful and no matter which way you went it was the most amazing walks. Plenty of options for day trips. I’m aware it’s not a main destination for Brits, which is crazy as it’s such an amazing part of the world.

5 stars to António and his beautiful home at Casa dos Fernandos! The house is stunning; it’s a restored historic stone home that retains all charm and character but with modern amenities. The inside is very clean and has everything we could want for a long stay. I also must commend the gardens - there is so much fruit and chestnuts to be harvested and António took the time to explain it all to us and also invited us to use what we would like. António is as gracious host who greeted us personally to show us around - he even had some wine and other essentials ready for us. And, because it was a colder day, he had already started a fire in the beautiful fireplace. The house has plenty of room. We are just one couple and have lots of room to spread out but I can see how even multiple families could share this space and be very comfortable. The location is top! It’s across from a lovely church, and a short drive to many shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommended !

Nice location with clean rooms! Ana is very attentive, my mother had her birthday and Ana had left treats for her for the celebration of her birthday. Ana always responded immediately when there were questions. After asking if the heating could go up a bit at certain times (this had to be done manually via a locked cabinet), she came to arrange this the same day. We enjoyed the area and the swimming pool, the football field and the sports area. Very nice view from the house and a nice kitchen to cook in. All rooms were very clean. Thank you for a nice stay!

Wonderful stay, quiet area. Ideal for large groups with many different stays and exquisite decor.

The house is large and extremely clean , comfortable rooms with good bedding, very well-equipped kitchens. The garden is very pleasant and well maintained. We did not enjoy the barbecue area, but the space looked great. The location is ideal in a quiet residential area, but Braga is really not far away, and it's easy to get there quickly. As well as Porto which is about 45 minutes away. Finally, Cidália is very friendly, super responsive and really concerned about the well-being of guests: a great host!
