Este apartamento foi o inicio de uma família ,e como as recordações falaram mais alto, a família não deixou que este imóvel deixa-se de pertencer a família , e então decidimos proporcionar as outras famílias excelentes estadias , quer seja para lazer ou para trabalho , faremos os possíveis para que tenham uma excelente estadia. Somos uma equipa muito recente ,com apenas 3 anos de experiencia , mas com muita vontade de nos destacar-mos neste mercado ,valorizamos o bem estar dos nossos hospedes.

Full studio in Sacavém

Apartment converted into a 38m2 studio, renovated 2 years ago. It is my own home that I renovated with great affection. I rent at certain times and stay with family. It's just 5 minutes to the train. Supermarket, restaurants, bike path, pharmacy, laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transport links to the entire country. 4.5 km from the airport but without noise. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, not being suitable for people with limited mobility.

The Airport is 10 minutes away, Park of Nations and Oceanarium is 10 minutes away and the city centre is 20 minutes away. The train station is 10 minutes and bus stop is 50 metres. The apartment is new and totally equiped for your comfort. The house is really nice, with good areas, comfortable and cosy You can find everything you need to have a nice stay in near Lisbon.
