Guilherme was very helpful from the first contact, always responded quickly and helped us with everything within his reach. The flat is very well equipped and had everything we needed, in addition to being extremely clean. The condominium is very safe and close to the center and the main beaches (by car). There is no cell phone signal in the condominium, but the Wi-Fi works very well. Communication with the concierge is also great, they helped us a lot with taxi contacts. I highly recommend the accommodation, I hope to be able to return one day!

Very peaceful location away from the center. The house was spacious and comfortable, surrounded by trees, perfect for a quiet getaway. It is quite a distance to the center, so it is good to be prepared to walk or organise transport, however this is also what makes it a great place for someone who is looking for peace and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Sean’s commitment to making me feel comfortable and would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

Everything was great! Paula welcomed us and the house was just as advertised. Highly recommended to be in a quiet place with walking access to the beach.

The very cozy, welcoming and spacious house making my family feel at home at all times. Great experience, clean house, organized, very good space for a post beach, swimming pool, shower, it was 7 wonderful days.

Mary Ann is an amazing host. She is super attentive, friendly and dedicated to make your stay just perfect. The apartment is beautiful, well decorated, modern and fully equipped. Oh, and everything is spotless. The pool is clean and the bar prices are very good, for both food and drinks. Mary ann shared a lot of tips and recommendations throughout my entire stay and made sure I was comfortable at all times. She also arranged transportation for me to travel to and from the airport. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you Mary Ann!
