It’s been 6 years since the four of us spent time together at one place & we couldn’t ask for anything better. After 7 hours of road ride with many eventful incidences, we were warmly welcomed by Rajendraji & Arvindji with the best regional food we could ask for. (Such a homely feel it was!) They had gone out of their way to make our the dishes we asked :) (Thank you bhaiyas!) The stay itself was cozy & relaxing, would definitely want to stay here for longer period. (P.S. – Thanks to Sameerji for being an excellent long distance host, providing us with useful information & help – always!!)

The stay looked exactly as in the pictures. The kitchen was the best equipped with everything. Also the location was good with swiggy, zomato, blinkit, zepto all delivering to it. A wonderful experience overall. Had a great time.

We had a good and warm stay that genuinely felt homely. It’s a great option for travelers, especially with the availability of home-cooked food and efficient chai, coffee services. Essential amenities like laundry, Wi-Fi & AC were all up to the mark, ensuring comfort. The overall cleanliness and positive vibe were noticeable. We appreciated Ranjana ji’s helpfulness (various small enquiries) which made things much easier. This place also works well for a staycation, as it provides all necessary amenities. We had a lovely stay at Lazy Fox Hideout. We stayed here for 15 nights and it felt like a home away from home. It is beautifully located away from the traffic and just right for walks. Dipakbhaiya and Pavanbhaiya are a superb team and they are very eager to learn. They are very alert for the requirements and very helpful. We are home with a heart full of memories and we will surely come back to Lazyfox . The review can't end without mentioning Bir who is the most well behaved and loving dog. We loved playing with him. This place is a gem.

For a family with kids , we were quite happy with our decision to spend a week at shadow barn. The place was as exactly as listed , clean with ample space. Vasudha and Mohit are great hosts and were personally making sure that we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property has a great view and the cherry on top is La La Landour , which is the in house cafe at the property where we enjoyed sitting in the sun during the day and dinner by the bonfire at night time. I am most definitely visiting again !

Cozy and comfortable place, matched the description. They even provided us early checkin. Very responsive host. Only thing is that washroom had a consistent pungent smell.

We spent 6 nights at Sidharth's place, Stargaze. It was a welcome break from the hustle bustle of city life. The place is peaceful, and the surroundings are serene. The surroundings are beautiful. The description of the place and amenities match perfectly. The new cottage is very tastefully done. The washrooms are well done. The food deserves a special mention and was very homely and delicious. The caretaker and staff are extremely cooperative and helpful. They were very accommodative and kind towards our daughter who is a toddler. Siddharth is a wonderful and warm host and was extremely helpful with instructions to reach the place and recommendations for everything else. The home dogs, Lucky and Kali add to the warmth of the place. The place involves some off roading and can be difficult to reach for some due to some off roading in the last few kilometers. Though Sidharth was very helpful with the directions and was on call to help us. This is a highly recommended place to unwind.

We went Mussoorie in the first week of June in 2025. I selected Sanjiv's place because we needed a secluded, quite and tranquil place. The people and the place both were welcoming. This place has an old colonial charm as well as it is well rooted in the typical Uttarakhand traditional atmosphere. The place was clean, well maintained. I think Sanjiv's father manages day to day operations as I have met him more frequently. There are 7 beautiful and loved rescued dogs. The place has its own wibes. we loved it. A few things you should keep in mind if you are going to book it. 1) It is 3 km away from the mall road and in mussoorie 3 km feels like 6. So, if you wish to visit the mall frequently this isn't the place for you. 2) If you wish to be in yourself and explore Mussoorie at your own pace, and if you wish to really feel the real charm of the town, this is the place for you. 3) No refrigerator in the room so don't bring mangoes as you will have to throw them away. 😀
