A terraced house apartment is available in a quiet housing association in the center of Viinijärvi. The apartment has a living room, kitchen and bedroom with two 80 cm beds. The parking space is located diagonally in front of the front door. In the backyard, there is a terrace for the evening sun and a peaceful view of the lawn. The apartment has a cooling air-source heat pump. S-market 450m, on the way there is the lovely PullaPulju café. Less than 1 km to the train and bus stations.

In a cottage on the shore of a steamy woman, you get to spend a vacation with a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Preparing food with an Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the patio using a gas grill. Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. Guests have access to the entire cabin, which includes sleeping accommodations for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

During your vacation, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging in a hammock. The gentle, south-facing sandy beach is well suited for children's water games, and there is a lot for families to do at the cottage and in the surrounding area. We also have a trampoline, a campfire area, and a boat. Welcome to your vacation! The cottage is located along the Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselkä tour and the Liperi Leipäpitäjä cycling routes.

Cottage 55m² and a new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. On a farm just renovated and cosy two bedroom flat with a kitchen-livingroom and a bathroom. In a useful utility room you wash your laundry easily. Towels and linen are included in price likewise final cleaning up. In a nice livingroom you can watch TV and enjoy your meals. In a master bedroom there is a double bed, in a second bedroom two single beds. In both bedrooms you have light out blinds and a ventilation window. A flat has it's own privacy, there is a hall place for your car.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.
