It’s also short distance to bus and tram stops. The apartment is situated across the best pizza place in Estonia - Kaja Pizza. You do not need to worry about noise on street since it closes 7pm.

Welcome to a real home, not a typical 'rental'. Kalamaja (fish house) is a quiet neighborhood close the vibrant Noblessner waterfront, Telliskivi creative area and a 20min walk into old-town. The apartment is in a 1951 Stalin era building with high ceilings and thick walls. The quiet 1-bedroom faces the garden with evening sunlight. Fully equipped kitchen, a monitor and keyboard for setting up a remote office. A nice sound system, guitar and a bike available for use.

There is a bus stop nearby, you can get to the center in 20 minutes. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday for travelers. You can take light folding chairs, blankets, and a picnic on the beach. In 3 minutes there is a new shopping complex with shops and restaurants.

The new building constructed in 2023 is a unique place located in the trendy Volta quarter. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.
