A park for children across the street. Dog park 500 m away. Walking distance to the Old Town 1,3 km and to nearest restaurants 300 m. Trendy Telliskivi area is just a 15-minutes walk away. Parking is available in the yard. A small grocery shop just at the front door and an other one a block away.

You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, the location, and the views. It has floor heating that can be regulated in every room. Also high quality air ventilation system. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
