The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit einer großen Gruppe. Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche, waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Sie waren stets erreichbar und sehr flexibel. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Séjour parfait du début à la fin. L’hôte a été très accueillant, proactif et disponible, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre séjour. Le logement correspond exactement aux photos : propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La localisation est idéale, et l’hôte s’est montré flexible et arrangeant à chaque étape. We had a truly pleasant stay at this lovely villa! Self check-in was smooth and convenient, and we appreciated the complete privacy throughout our stay. The hosts have clearly thought of everything — from toiletries to dishes and a high chair for little ones, which made our family stay so much easier 🧼🍼🍽️ The villa is spacious, airy, and perfect for groups of all ages. The kids had a blast on the trampoline and swings 🛝, while the teenagers enjoyed the darts and billiards 🎯🎱. The jacuzzi was a big hit with everyone — a perfect way to relax after a day out 💦. We also made great use of the grill for family meals 🍔🔥 Paris is not far, just about a 30€ taxi ride 🚖, making it easy to explore the city and come back to a peaceful retreat. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future! ✨

Audrey est une super hôte ! Nous avons louer sa maison pour un EVJF organisé ! Tout était convenable, propre et chaleureuse, il y avait assez de place pour toutes les filles ! Vraiment il y a rien à dire tout nous convenez est était nickel !! On a beaucoup aimé sa maison je la recommande les yeux fermés ! Si vous voulez faire votre propre déco pour anniversaire EVJF baby shower ou autre vous pouvez sans hésiter !

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the house had everything we could have asked for. There were so many great amenities we really enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and pool table. The space was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group to relax and have fun. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

This was a great house in the Paris suburbs . Worked out well for our family of 6. Great kitchen and living area where we could enjoy our time and garches is a nice little town that we could walk to for bread, groceries etc. we enjoyed combining the suburban experience while still going into Paris everyday . Host Alexis was great and very responsive and caring.

Un super séjour. Un retour aux sources, reposant et régénérant dans un très beau cadre. Tout est exactement comme c'est décrit. Je retiens particulièrement ce concept où l'on partage l'espace avec la faune du coin, petite et grande, et ça fait du bien de retrouver un lieu comme celui-ci qui respecte la vie dans son ensemble. Pour les amoureux des chats comme nous, c'est l'endroit parfait, les habitants félins du domaine sont câlins et hyper accueillants. Des hôtes aux petits soins et très réactifs, les vidéos explicatives nous ont bien servies et c'est une très bonne idée. En bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit si l'on veut passer un séjour, où l'on vit simplement et si l'on souhaite déconnecter du quotidien qui va à 1000 à l'heure.

Voor mij ligt 'La Bolle de Champs' perfect in het midden van mijn reis richting het zuiden van Frankrijk. De locatie is een ervaring, verwacht geen luxe hotelkamer maar juist een aparte overnachting die je zult blijven herinneren. Ik sliep met mijn twee kinderen in de houten hut, om de volgende dag weer verder op mijn reis te gaan. Ik heb dit zowel op de heen als de terug weg gedaan en zal dat waarschijnlijk volgend jaar weer doen! Mits we weer naar Frankrijk gaan natuurlijk. Voor de kinderen is het heerlijk om na een paar uur rijden even in het zwembad te plonsen. En meer als de houten hut bied heb ik niet nodig. In de middag zijn wij naar Fontaine Blue gereden (±20 min.) een leuk stadje met een fantastisch en vooral groot kasteel, meer dan de moeite waard. Laetitia is erg behulpzaam en dacht mee en regelde een ontbijt voor 'on the road' waar ik erg blij mee was.

Logement très propre et très mignon pour un couple Salle de bain parfaite avec sauna et jacuzzi Chambre très agréable et gros + très bonne terrasse. Clairement logement à reprendre quand je reviens sur Paris

Dépaysement total, nous avons pu profiter du calme et du confort proposé par le domaine. Bon accueil et explications claires. Logement parfait, remplit de charme. Il nous a offert une atmosphère chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuné était délicieux. Nous reviendrons!
