"Hagiati 2":Traditional guesthouse - Psarades Prespa

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades which is a mountainous traditional settlement of the municipality of Prespa on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the banks of the Great Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. guests boating in the waters of the Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three states.

It is a fully renovated space, on the ground floor of a traditional stone house, with a beautiful garden and wonderful panoramic views of the lake. It has all the modern amenities (autonomous heating, air conditioning, smart TV), with a fully equipped kitchen and an anatomic mattress for a relaxing and comfortable sleep. It is located in the old town of Kastoria, Doltsos, and is a few minutes from the center.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
