Amis motards bienvenus, je vous donne l'accès à mon garage,attenant au logement où votre moto peut être garer en toute sécurité,sans surplus Parking privé. Accès au jardin privatif ( table,barbecue..) aucun vis a vis. Situation privilégiée proche du centre du village, accès aux commerces à pied. Accès aux lacs de laffrey (25 min), Monteynard (21 min) et aux stations de ski ( Gresse en Vercors, Chamrousse..)

A seulement 15 minutes de Grenoble, Rdc d’une maison avec jardin de type T 2 à la campagne, proche du musée champollion, château de vizille, passerelles himalayennes, et 1/2 h des premières stations de ski. Tout le nécessaire non consommable vous est fourni. Le linge de maison (draps , serviettes, torchons...) vous est offert dès 3 nuits réservées, et également possible pour toute réservation de courte durée moyennant un supplément de 10€. Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Charming 45 m2 cottage completely renovated, all comfort, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4-star rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little).
