Spacious apartment, very quiet, functional, comfortable. It had all the necessary facilities. All within walking distance. The outdoor parking space is a real plus because all the streets are paid. Fatah was very attentive, always available if necessary, welcoming and he gave us super clear explanations. We recommend it without hesitating.

A great apartment facing the harbor, super well isolated, once closed we listen to nothing. The apartment is as described, well arranged, super clean, a super functional kitchen, everything is well thought out. Great walks to do or by boat to go to CHAUSEY Island. A very nice stay.

We had a lovely family weekend in this spacious apartment, with a beautiful view of the beach and the beautiful buildings of Houlgate. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (playground, shops, parking, train station, etc.) Very well equipped and well arranged. Helene's apartment was fantastic. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and in an amazing location. The flat itself is on a lovely quiet street, just metres from the fabulous Avenue De La Mer which is full of restaurants, cafes and boutiques, and a short walk from a beautiful beach. We loved our time in Cabourg and in Helene's gorgeous apartment!

We had a great night in this apartment. It was very clean, well decorated and very pleasant to stay in. The bedding was comfortable. Hélène is a very nice host. His advice on nearby restaurants proved very helpful. The apartment is nice, in a good location and the jacuzzi was very appreciated, especially by our 8-year-old daughter. We highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation

Perfect apartment for relaxing and having a good evening! Ideally located 5-10 min walk to the beach (with beachfront restaurants) and with a bakery at the end of the street. Well-equipped accommodation, very clean and comfortable bed. The hot tub and sauna are clean too and the instructions given for their use in the small booklet are clear. The decoration and atmosphere are really nice (starry sky above the bed, fireplace…).
