The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.
