This apartment is located in a family-friendly residential area. Right in front of the house there are playgrounds. Free parking is sufficiently available on the street. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The key handover is flexible depending on the arrival time. The kitchen invites you to cook – coffee, tea and spices are available. Two children's travel cots and a thick, smaller mattress with matching children's bed linen are available.

This apartment is in the same house as the "Pretty guest room with bathroom/kitchen".

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!
