I'm offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl overlooking the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine towns on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is on the far right side of the house. Above the apartment lives a family with a toddler, next to it lives a married couple.

The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. Our house is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing region. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, and Luxembourg from here. Parking and garage space for bicycles and motorcycles are provided.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Our cozy apartment accommodates two people. A room divider visually separates the sleeping area from the kitchen /dining area. There's a smart TV and wi-fi. A fridge as well as a separate, filled wine fridge with wines from our winery. There is a separate bathroom with spacious rain shower and a toilet. In addition, there is a free car parking space

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Our modern vacation apartment offers space for up to four people and is located in Hentern, an idyllic village in Germany. It is located directly on the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path, ideal for those who love nature and cycling or hiking. Trier is about 19 minutes away by car and is a great destination to discover the diverse history and culture of the region.
