Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

The luxurious and stylish stay is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base to explore Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes walk into the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/biking routes. So you can explore the IJssel/ Berkel area, the woods or Veluwe. From the backyard you can hop on a sup or in a canoe.

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. In our yard there are various fields with various overnight stays, each field also has its own crop. In our raspberry courtyard, there are these 2 gypsy wagons. They are comfortably furnished with a kitchenette (with microwave, tea cooker, coffee maker (Filter), 2-burner hob and fridge), seating with TV, dining table. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with a made up double bed. The gypsy wagon is full-electric and heated by electric underfloor heating.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

The Leemgate is a cozy and cozy holiday home with beautiful views. The house (45 m2) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bikes can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden house. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside you can sit comfortably overlooking the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500m from the house. Vorden is a perfect place to cycle and hike through the beautiful nature along culture and history.
