Vacation rentals with a patio in Vienne

Excellent quiet location with shops and restaurants on a lively and charming street; Great clothes washer and nice hanging rack for drying; Lovely relatively new kitchen appliances with clean and spacious refrigerator, induction stovetop, nice dishwasher and oven – we did not use the oven Air conditioning and heater are effective and towel dryer works. A couple things worth mentioning: The apartment is NOT non-smoking, which is obvious when you walk in the door. As the write-up says, this is actually someone’s living space. The closets and dresser are all full; even the top of the dresser is almost entirely covered and there are no little stands beside the bed. It’s difficult to tell what we are meant to use and what supplies to leave alone; the freezer is totally full. The bed is tucked under a slanted roof with a beam across – tall people need to watch their heads

Super clean apartment super cozy , well-equipped, impeccable bedding, the fact of being able to park in front and a great advantage and in addition it is secure i highly recommend it without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at Ricardo and Claire’s apartment It is small but cosy, nice design and comfortable. The location is amazing right where you want to be to enjoy Lyon’s nightlife Might be quite cold during the winter months but in April it was perfect

Very clean and pleasant accommodation. Spacious and high ceiling, very well furnished and equipped (everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom). The terrace overlooks a wooded courtyard, not overlooked. Ground floor apartment, very easy to access. The host is very friendly, recommended!

Comfortable apartment in a secure residence. The parking space is a very valuable asset. The instructions for accessing the accommodation are very clear. We enjoyed our short stay and highly recommend this listing. We won't hesitate to repeat this booking in Lyon if we have a chance.

Perfect weekend at Sylvie's place to stay. The house is beautiful , spacious , very clean. The bedding is lovely. Everything was perfectly ready when we arrived. The inner courtyard is very convenient to enjoy serenely with the kids. We thank Sylvie for this stay and highly recommend the place! We will be back!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Very nice and well-equipped house (kitchen with 3 different type coffee makers, 5 showers, 3 toilets, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, etc.). Be careful not to believe that the price is very reasonable, the accommodation will be of low quality. And finally, disregard the unwelcoming facade on the street that we see on Google Maps, which does not reflect what is found in the house and on the terrace behind the house.

This is the second time I've rented Michel's apartment, easy to access, well arranged, good communication with Michel, ...

We were passing through this home for the second time and it was great again. Upon entry, you immediately feel at home and the area is very quiet.

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment
