Perfect place for myself and the kids on the way to a weekend event! Rob was very welcoming when we arrived, and helpful when I had questions. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and the kids loved both seeing some wildlife and their own top story bedroom.

Absolutely love this place! Return trip for us. Took a hike to start our morning and identified more than a dozen bird species and a number of plant species I had never seen before. A treasure tucked into the hills! We definitely be back again!

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend at Nina’s with two families of 3. The beds were very comfy. House was clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for a local wedding and were able to take an easy day trip into Athens as well as grab breakfast one day at the Coolville cafe. Will stay again if in the area!

Flower House Loft

We have stayed here before and look forward to staying here again. Carolyn is an excellent host and is very easy to work with. We especially appreciate the decor. We are in our 70s and I enjoy looking at the antique items. They remind me of things I would see in my grandparents’ homes.
