Fomos muito bem recebidos logo de início. Os donos da habitação vivem exatamente ao lado da casa, no entanto isso não nos transmitiu qualquer falta de privacidade ou excesso do controlo. Pessoas super simpáticas, fizeram-nos sentir em casa. Levamos 2 cães e não houve qualquer problema ou demonstração de desagrado pela parte dos anfitriões. Gostamos muito e esperamos voltar um dia. No geral, um experiência a repetir ☺️☺️

Just fabulous. A beautiful location, perched on a hillside overlooking a rural Portuguese valley. Lovely house. Ingenious heating system, and lovely, friendly owners! We will be coming back next year and I’m hoping David’s house is still available.

Espaço absolutamente deslumbrante. Todo o terreno exterior está maravilhosamente cuidado e dá-nos a sensação de privacidade total, de estarmos noutra dimensão. É lindo. Piscina maravilhosa. A casa também extremamente confortável, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Nada a apontar de errado.

Un séjour merveilleux, une villa magnifique et très reposante . Nous sommes arrivés en avance et nous avons pu avancer l’horaire pour récupérer les clés . Ce sont des hôtes vraiment très à l’écoute de nos besoins et arrangeants . Nous avons passé un super séjour et rencontré des hôtes comme ils se font rare . Encore merci à eux pour ce séjour

Very comfortable and relaxing place. Never met the hosts but the check in was very easy + the place was clean and beautiful. There is a pool and AC. Fully stocked kitchen and beautiful buildings that seem to be recovered old stone houses. Thanks for the nice stay.

A casa é lindíssima, de uma arquitetura típica das aldeias do norte da Península Ibérica, muito bem conservada e equipada, tem todas as comodidades, mesmo para um jantar com muitas pessoas. Ambiente calmo, familiar e ótimo para pets. Como a casa é toda murada é seguro até mesmo para os pets mais inquietos. A área da piscina também é cercada, bom para crianças. Apesar de termos lá estado no inverno todos os espaços têm algum tipo de aquecimento e muitas cobertas. Alexandra é muito amável e prestativa, disposta a ajudar sempre que tínhamos uma dúvida sobre o funcionamento da casa. Muito obrigada Alexandra pela excelente estadia que nos proporcionou.

Adroramos,excelente para umas férias em família. a piscina é muito agradável com bastantes espreguiçadeiras, a área de convívio(com matraquilhos,ping pong.ja tem la tudo o que é preciso, raquetes de ténis as bolas e etc)foi nos muito útil para colmatar o tempo que não dava para estar na piscina assim como o campo de ténis. uma experiência para repetir,sem dúvida.

Surribes was fantastic. It was exactly as it looked in the photos, comfortable and great for a relaxing stay. Rita was a great host, checked us in smoothly and on hand to answer questions. Happy to recommend.

We were fortunate to be the Posada’s first guests! Susana couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is well provisioned, stylish and modern with a traditional twist. It’s location within a vineyard makes the swimming in the natural stone swimming pool, all the more magical. Five star stay!

Estadia incrível com uma anfitriã ainda mais incrível 🥹 Tenho de destacar a simpatia e disponibilidade da Inês do início ao fim. O espaço é exatamente o que promete: calmo, relaxante e único! Com muitos recantos para descobrir, animais simpáticos, piscina incrível e natureza em estado puro! Não encontrávamos um espaço que permitisse entrada do nosso cão na piscina e a Quinta da Emília permitiu e fez com que a experiência do Joca fosse ainda melhor! Além disto, ainda pudemos receber família, incluindo o nosso afilhado de 2 anos, que também tirou bastante proveito de tudo o que a quinta tem para oferecer 😊 ahh! Ainda "roubamos" uns pêssegos para trazer de recordação 🤭 Foi incrível e recomendamos muito!!! 😁 Um obrigado gigante à Inês ❤️

Our stay at Casa dos Mirtilos in Germil was truly wonderful. Such a beautiful, peaceful location on the outskirts of a charming mountain village. Perfect for wildlife lovers. The garden was full of birdsong and butterflies, we even had breakfast visit from a pine marten! Bring your binoculars. There are lots of paths and quiet mountain roads for walking. Daniela was a brilliant host and was very responsive to messages and gave us good recommendations for local gastronomic delights. We had a wonderful week and would encourage anyone who loves being out in nature to stay at Casa do Mirtilos. Thank you Daniela.

Muito simpáticos e prestáveis! É a segunda vez que fiquei aqui alojado e só tenho coisas boas a dizer. O espaço é muito confortável, com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Espaco exterior muito amplo, com muita privacidade. Adorei e vou voltar para uma terceira vez!

Nous avons passé un super moment chez Ann et son mari. Ce sont des hôtes adorables, qui nous ont mis très à l’aise. La piscine est un gros plus. On se sent comme à la maison. Surtout ne changez rien et continuez de rendre heureux les voyageurs qui sont de passage dans votre magnifique maison. nous aurions aimé poursuivre le séjour. Tout était parfait.

Great value! My family and I stayed here for five nights. While it wasn't ideal for our family with a toddler due to the many stairs, we still had a fantastic time. The place is incredibly quiet—perfect for a relaxing break! The pool area is a huge plus, with all sorts of toys that kept our kids entertained. They were never bored! We stayed in Casa Alambique, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. However, the downstairs bedroom has an old, small bed, so I'd recommend it only for kids or teens. The team was amazing! They offered lots of recommendations and the place was spotless. We had a small issue, and they took care of it immediately. Better than 5-star hotel service. Highly recommend!

I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

Schön eingerichtetes, sauberes Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig sodass man das Gefühl hat das einzige Haus im Umkreis zu sein. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool groß genug zum Schwimmen. Die Kommunikation mit Carla gestaltet sich unkompliziert und freundlich, wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl uns bei Problemen an sie wenden zu können. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen und es gibt nicht das Geringste auszusetzen. Sollten wir uns wieder für Portugal entscheiden wird die Unterkunft und Carla wieder unsere erste Wahl sein.

A Quinta da Toural é uma quinta absolutamente maravilhosa para um grupo de amigos ou uma familia grande. É composta por uma casa grande, a casa principal com 4 suites, dotadas de ar condicionado, tv, estores eléctricos e casas de banho enormes! Depois ha mais 3 casinhas T1, de 1 quarto, sala, kitchenette e casa de banho. E ainda outra casinha T0. Todos os quartos e casas de banho tem a mesma dimensão e escala, ou seja, são equivalentes em termos de qualidade! A quinta tem imensos animais muito queridos! 2 póneis, cabras, 1 porca e um Emu (primo da Avestruz). As fotografias do anúncio não fazem jus à paisagem maravilhosa, à piscina com vista panorâmica e aos jardins muito bem cuidados. Adorámos mesmo e queremos voltar para o ano! Éramos um grupo de 15 adultos e é tudo tão espaçoso que nem sentíamos que éramos tantos! O anfitrião é muito atencioso e comunicativo! Está sempre disponível para ajudar!

Beautiful house by the lake, in a very peaceful village. Had a wonderful stay with my girlfriend and we couldn't be happier!

Beautiful tranquil little converted farmhouse. All the amenities you need, lovely pool and very friendly dog. It is walkable to supermarket and local bars or a cab to Guimarães is very cheap. Our host was very friendly and helpful throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic - not far from Braga but also close to peaceful nature. We would recommend booking the pool house - or both houses - if you want easy access to the pool when there's other people staying. We stayed in the garden house, which we liked. It's cool in the heat, the bedrooms are nice, and the yard and property are really pretty. And, as mentioned, the place is a great base to travel to interesting places in the local area and beyond.

The apartment is absolutely great: spacious, characterful, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The whole setting is wonderful: a fabulous position up in the hills, with friendly dogs, chickens and an unusual breed of sheep (Cameroon)! The historic cities of Braga and Guimaraes are very close, each offering a range of attractions. Virginia, together with her delightful family, could not have been more helpful, ensuring that our stay was really enjoyable. She looked after us extremely well, providing excellent communication beforehand, lots of goodies upon arrival and helpful recommendations about what to see in the local area. We had a very memorable few days, for which many thanks.
