With beautiful landscapes of the riverside coast where the city is nestled. In the neighboring Viedma - capital of Río Negro - is the airport with connection to the main cities of Argentina.

The flat is in a safe and quiet neigbourhood, 10mins walk to the river and close to the univesity. There are small supermarkets nearby and its a short drive into the city centre.

Very quiet residential neighborhood, with permanent security. Three blocks from the river and 10 blocks from downtown. I live in the house below any questions I am. The apartment is equipped for four people (utensils) with electric hopper and microwave. Optional garage.
