Amazing Local. The pools are wonderful. Calmo and quiet. Very good thermal insulation. Note that the surroundings are beautiful, we can walk to the beach but for those who want a more versatile and active destination is not the ideal place. For us it was perfect and corresponded to what we intended (silence, peace, walking tours). The house has great conditions

Very nice and clean apartment! Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. You have sun on the balcony all day and the hammock makes it all the more cozy. The underground parking space is great!

A home that reflects the photos of the site, an exceptional location of the residence. Just a small downside, the cleaning was not perfect, you have to be careful because it is important...but I will return without any worries next spring to this beautiful region of Portugal and especially to the Rialto. Very well located apartment, this period turned out to be quiet and peaceful. We appreciate the kindness of the locals always ready to inform or help. very easy relationship with Diana, her advice being particularly interesting. In conclusion, an excellent stay to be repeated if possible.

The apartment is very comfortable, it is located just a few steps away from the beach, just outside a little town of Apúlia where you can find nice local shops and restaurants. It is a very quiet and relaxing place. You can also have a swim in the indoor swimming pool which is fantastic.

Everything was perfect! Thank you again for the welcome. The owners are very nice and have good advice. Our stay was very short but we would not hesitate to book this place again if we return to the area!

Amazing host and lovely apartment ! Maurício could not have nicer or more helpful - he was definitely the highlight of my stay. From meeting you at check in to giving local recommendations to going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. For the apartment, I appreciated the heating, comfortable bed and sofa, good wifi, and lovely views from the balcony. Having the beach only a couple minutes’ walk is a real plus that both my dog and I enjoyed. Because there is so much to do in the area I didn’t use the pool/gym as I planned, but it looked really nice. Finally I found the locals quite friendly on walks around, which I appreciated. If you’re thinking of a stay, book without hesitation!

Liliana's place is really a 5 star luxury apartment. The apartment is completely new, very modern and the interior is chosen with love and soul. We enjoyed the pool of the apartment complex very much. Beaches are nearby and also a few nice restaurants. Liliana is a fantastic host, very friendly, highly service orientated and always replied very fast. She made sure that we can check-in earlier which we appreciated. She surprised us with food, snacks and small sweets as a welcome gift. She also prepared many beautiful amenities for our baby which was amazing. Overall this place is perfect for staying with kids and we say a big THANK YOU to Liliana for hosting us!

Antonio's house is an exceptional place to enjoy a quiet atmosphere, in the middle of nature in an original and open design house. Antonio was attentive at all times and gave us very good recommendations to enjoy the surrounding villages. The house is very close to beach areas and villages in a few minutes by car.

Everything was as described and the house is well-equipped. The only issue was being able to park the car inside the area, as there were already too many cars.

Fantastic house in a very good location and really beautiful, everything is true to the description and photos. The hosts hosted us very well and were very nice and friendly. The residence is well maintained and quiet, we had no issues. The pool is available 24 hours a day as well as billiards and other activities described in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. Thank you so much.

The accommodation was very clean and luxurious. There was enough staff around to ask for anything needed. The property was very well maintained and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our host Helena was so kind and thoughtful and made you immediately feel at home. In general we really enjoyed our stay @ Quercia Houses!

We could not be better, the town super nice, with everything within reach, very good bakery, super close shop where they have everything. The beautiful house, and the patio with the pool and barbecue unbeatable, we ate out every day. And the host a man sun, has a super nice family. Always worried that we were okay. Definitely a 10 out of 10
