Fantastic location, beautiful beach and scenery with lots of cafes and restaurants.

Unbelievable stay! My kids still say this unit was their favorite part of the trip and brag about how nice the amenities were to their friends and family. The location is also unbeatable! The host personally welcomed us and gave a walkthrough of the unit and recommendations for locations and activities. The unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough! book this one!

This is a lovely apartment right in the heart of the Viaduct which is busy and buzzy. There is always something to watch. The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything you could need. I loved staying there and will be back.

Lovely apartment. Great for two couples with ability to have privacy/space from one another when you want. We have stayed in this building a few times, and this is the best apartment we’ve had.

Lovely quiet apartment in a fabulous location. Clean, private, spacious, with a great view of the marina. The location of this apartment was perfect. Just down from the Wynyard Quarter restaurants and a 10min walk across the drawbridge to the viaduct and downtown. The gym, heated pool and spa we're a great bonus. Hosts were lovely, responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

The house was great, awesome location, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and local cafe, all amenities were provided, spa was a nice bonus. The whole family enjoyed there stay, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, Kane was responsive on the only query we had which was how to use the tv downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Great host. The accomodation was as described. Unfortunately we had bad weather and couldn’t enjoy the deck. Highly recommended if you are looking for a short stay in the city. The VIEW was amazing!

We had an amazing stay and were very impressed with all of the features of the home - some of which we had never seen before. The home is very well thought out, stylish, furnished perfectly and has everything you need and more. Grace was very responsive and friendly to speak to. We would definitely stay again.

Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

The location of the air bnb is right next to the harbor area and many things are within walking distance. This was a great location, clean and the host was so easy to work with. I would rent this unit again and I highly recommend it to others.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
