The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)

Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

Dragonflies

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.
