Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The house in the walls is in the heart of the historic center, exactly in the final part of the ancient Castilian walls. Inside the house you can see a stretch of ancient walkway. NB to get to the house you will need to climb a flight of stairs and a stretch on foot The area is quiet and enjoys a view of the entire plain. The property is 1.2 km from the port of Terracina and 1 km from the temple of Jupiter Anxur. The nearest airport is 78 km away, Rome Ciampino Airport.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Entire house. Beautiful two-room apartment located in the historical center of the village with a terrace of over 30 square meters overlooking the sea. The apartment consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers.

Boheme Cottage with swimming pool

Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.
