Garasjeloftet on Fagerlia is located a bit by itself in Ballstad. A quiet and family-friendly area while being central, with a short distance to the shopping center and airport. The place is idyllically located, about in the middle of Lofoten, with good opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities right from the door. The garage attic is simply furnished with a sofa bed and a family bunk bed. There is the possibility to make simple food, plus access to the barbecue hut and sauna. Private toilet and shower are located in the house next to the garage attic.

Cabin on a former small farm, with a perfect location on the north side of Lofoten, where mountains meet the sea. The view from the property is huge, and is a beautiful viewing point for the midnight sun! Very great location for hiking in the mountains, fishing in freshwater and sea, swimming in freshwater, and as a starting point for trips around Lofoten. Right by the property is the mountain peak "Haveren" (808m). Access to hunting grounds in the autumn, with an abundance of duck, goose, grouse, etc. 25 min. from Leknes, 45 min. from Svolvær.

Caravan, Gravdal Vestvågøy

Caravan on property in the middle of Lofoten! The perfect starting point for visiting the whole of Lofoten without too long distances. (The trailer was replaced in 2022, so reviews before 2023 apply to an older trailer with fewer amenities and less comfort) It is 70 km to Svolvær, 60 km to Reine, about 20 km to the surf beach Unstad, and 8 km to the fishing village Ballstad. There are great opportunities to participate in the famous Lofoten fishing/winter fishing, and also fishing trips in the summer.

Nordlandshus by Lofotr

Cozy, small northerly house from the 1800s. The house is in the middle of Lofoten at E10, 250 meters from Lofotr Vikingmuseum on Borg. 200 m to kiosk and road micro. 500 m to shop. 12 km to Leknes and 11 km to Unstad. The house is in a small farm. There is no washer or dryer in the house, but it is possible to wash clothes in the main house on the farm. It's relatively low under the ceiling of the loft bedroom - see pics. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Both in summer and winter.

Leknes: central guesthouse in quiet area

Welcome to Vestvågøy in Lofoten, and welcome to be our guest. We rent out a charming and practical guesthouse, located in our back yard. Our guesthouse has one bedroom, and there is a sleeping sofa in the living room. The guesthouse has a nice, big living room, a simple kitchen area (with a refrigerator, small cooking oven, microwave and a sink, and the equipment that is needed for simple cooking), a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a storage room. There is also a washing machine available.

Sørensens Rorbu (sea house) consists of 2 apartments. Rorbuen is located on a small island connected to the road. The view from apartment no. 2 faces Sundvågen. Good sun conditions. The apartment was built in 2015. Kitchen, living room, storage room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Bright nice apartment.
