The house was completely renovated in 2023. The timber walls are from the 17th century and some are preserved inside. The living area is 100m2 and contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room. From the living room there is an exit to a partially covered terrace of 24 m2. Bedroom 3 has got its own terrace under the roof. Free parking space for many cars and 7KW charger for electric car. It is 200m to the public beach and playground. An excellent place for relaxation and day trips. The host lives in the neighboring house and is happy to help.

In addition, you are in the middle of the attractions and experiences, in the middle of Ålesund, Molde and Åndalsnes with, among other things, Trollstigen, Romsdalsgondolen and The Golden Train.

There is a short distance to Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde and Ålesund. Fantastic hiking opportunities and nature experiences are available nearby. Private beach is included. The waterfront house has a loft in addition to the two bedrooms. The loft has two mattresses of 120 cm x 200 cm. There is a freezer. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling.

The house is located on our family land, so you get the opportunity to live next to local people who give you tips on things to do in the area. Sjøholt is the perfect location for exploring the nearby tourist attractions. Both summer and winter, this is a perfect base-camp for exploring Sunnmøre and Romsdal. The house has a quiet and peaceful location, and is well equipped with what you need.

Welcome to "Sjøbua" ! Our familyowned, old traditional boat house named "Bukta Feriebolig SA." By the water by the Romsdal fjord. This is a perfect spot if you want to explore some of the most popular sights in this area, like Geiranger, Trollstigen, Ålesund and Atlanterhavsveien. Or maybe you want to go hiking in the mountains, or use the boat or kayak? We can´t promise that the sun will shine during your stay - but we can promise a relaxing experience waking up to the view of the fjord.

Cozy, rustic cabin in the woods

The cabin in the woods is suitable for those who appreciate proximity to nature. The cabin has the forest as the closest neighbor, with hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Here you can really find peace if you want time for yourself, or quality time with someone you love. It is about 7 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the cabin. The first part is a gravel road/ski slope and the last part is a trail through the forest. IMPORTANT! The cabin has electricity, but not water.

Myrbø Farm Fiksdal

Spacious apartment in rural surroundings. Basement apartment with own entrance. Has a heat pump, wood stove, dishwasher and washing machine. At Myrbø Gård you will find sheep, dogs, rabbits and chickens. Here it is a short distance to both mountains and lake. Many nice hiking experiences in summer and winter. Has a bedroom with a double bed. Possibility of air mattresses for 2 persons (children) in the living room or bedroom.

We offer our cabins for rental. The main cabin has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), a kitchen, sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. It also has a utility room with underfloor heating and a sink to freshen up. The 2nd and smaller cabin has 3 sleeping places and a spacious bathroom. A cosy cabin by the fjord with sea views is offered in this Cabin for 2 persons. Cabin 2stars standard. If you would like to discover the area, fishing is possible in the surroundings. Located in the center of very nice places to visit in the westcoast of Norway - Trollstigen, Gejranger, Ålesund, Atlantic Road, Romsdalseggen. The toilets and showers are located in the common sanitary building, +/-150m from de cabin.

Hjelvik Stabburet

Hjelvik stabburet is from the 1700s. There are two rooms with double beds and one bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs on the 2nd floor there is a pull-out bed/crib. There is a fireplace on both floors. Poor mobile connection in the area, so a perfect place to disconnect from the hectic everyday life. You can find a mobile signal if you walk around the yard a bit.

Boathouse at Solstrand

Cozy boathouse with stunning views of Storfjorden. The view is constantly changing, with the seasons and with the weather and light. The boathouse is a bit provisional and simple, but gives a feeling of vacation and camping life. Sleep and wake up to the sound of waves and streams flowing outside the boathouse. Owls hooting and fish watching.
