The house was completely renovated in 2023. The timber walls are from the 17th century and some are preserved inside. The living area is 100m2 and contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room. From the living room there is an exit to a partially covered terrace of 24 m2. Bedroom 3 has got its own terrace under the roof. Free parking space for many cars and 7KW charger for electric car. It is 200m to the public beach and playground. An excellent place for relaxation and day trips. The host lives in the neighboring house and is happy to help.

Basement apartment in our house in Hjelvika in Vestnes municipality. Many great hiking possibilities nearby. Within an hour's drive you will find Trollstigen, Rampestreken, Romsdalseggen, the gondola at Åndalsnes. Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Ålesund. Possibility of baby bed or extra mattress by agreement. We who live on the site are a family with small children. We can be heard, as there is a lot of noise between the floors. We have dogs, cats, hens in the garden and many animals on the farm, so those who bring their own pets must take this into account.

The place can offer attractions such as Trollstigen, Romsdaleggen, Via Ferrata in Åndalsnes, beautiful ferry ride to Molde.

The waterfront house has a loft in addition to the two bedrooms. The loft has two mattresses of 120 cm x 200 cm. There is a freezer. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment. There is 1 parking space and internet access. At the guest's request, we can provide a baby cot, toys, books.
