The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room with 55" TV, a nice bathroom and a balcony with a seating area. Master bedroom with double bed and 55" TV and the guest room with 2 single beds.

Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

Sjøholt is the perfect place for exploring the tourist attractions nearby. Both summer and winter, this is a perfect base-camp for exploring Sunnmøre and Romsdal. The house is in a quiet and quiet location, and is well equipped with what you need.

The cabin is new and modern, which is reflected in the interior. The cabin has a large terrace with a fire pit and eatery. The view is fantastic towards fjords, mountains and islands.

Here you can really find peace if you want self time, or quality time with enough you love. It is about 7 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the cabin. The first part is gravel road/ski slope and the last part is trail through the woods. NOTE: The house has electricity, but no running water.
