There is inlaid fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is charged separately at DKK 4 per kW. Water settled 75, - DKK per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. The house is in itself simply furnished, but caters to all everyday needs.

The log cabin is located in the protected nature area "Øjesø Plantage". It can accommodate 6 people in 3 rooms. The cottage also contains modern kitchen with all accessories, wood stove, heat pump, bathroom with shower cabin,TV with chromecast, wifi. The outdoor areas are very special. Have fun in the evening by the fire pit or relax on the completely undisturbed terrace with grille and one of the house's many games. We offer an entire guest part of a village house. There are 2 large, recently renovated bedrooms with new beds, equipped with a “mini kitchen” for storage of dry food, and a sink. The bathroom is also recently renovated. Large living room. Just a 3 minute car ride to the sea (lower part of Limfjorden) and beaches, and withing 45 minutes you’ll be in Aalborg, and Viborg. Driving for about 80 minutes will take you to e.g. Aarhus and Silkeborg. For golf enthusiasts, Gatten is located nearby.

Derudover et anneks med en trekvart seng og en enkel seng. I stuen er der mulighed for opredning. Der er terrasse rundt om huset, hvor der er havemøbler. Der er grill. I haven er der lille bålplads. Der er diverse spil til haven. Dejlig stor ugenert have.

My place is close to the city center, sea, winery, golf course, great hiking terrain, eateries, water park, pub, . You will like the house as it is large, nice house located in cozy little town by the Limfjord. The house has its own garden, as well as covered garden living room. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and furry friends (pets).

'Ålejern' is a more than 100 year old farmhouse, located on the outskirts of Staun — A cozy little village with its own harbour, playground, shelters and beautiful nature. Nearby are Nibe, which among other things houses Denmark's Best Ice House, and Løgstør, which with its cozy harbor, with restaurants, museum and beach is worth a visit.
