Cozy little A house surrounded by great amenities. 4 beds, but there can easily be room for an extra bed in the guest room if you remove the table at the end. In the house there is a heat pump, pellet stove and underfloor heating on the entire lower floor. * Washing machine * Large TV with Netflix and HBO Max. * Weber Spirit gas grill. There is a new and extended terrace to the east and a small terrace to the west, where the west-facing is surrounded by trees and not very facing anything other than being sheltered with the grill.

Enjoy a lovely weekend or holiday in our lovely holiday home located in the lovely surroundings of 'Himmerland spa and Golf Resort' with many opportunities for fun activities and great experiences. The holiday home is 95 sqm on two levels and is rented for 6 people (three bedrooms). It is newly renovated in the spring of 2022 and appears both well-appointed and cozy!! From the living room there is an exit to a lovely wooden terrace. The house has fast WiFi as well as Chromecast. Free water park is included in the price.

The accommodation can accommodate 6 people and is located in the area called "Snake" which is within walking distance via the trail system to Himmerland golf and spa resort. The house is renovated and appears very cozy and well-appointed. On each side of the house there are secluded terraces where there is ample opportunity to enjoy the sun all day. Lovely area - lots of beautiful nature, lovely golf courses, lots of sports activities, spa and swimming pool in Himmerland Golf resort, where there are also 3 restaurants and 1 grocery store. 6 people can stay overnight, but is most suitable for 4 people. Well decorated house, 2 lovely terraces. Possibility to leave an electric car at the house - against payment of consumption. Transferred per mobilepay.

Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig med masser af plads til sjov. A-huset ligger i første række tæt på centret, hvor der er aktiviteter og 3 restauranter (a la carte og gourmet). Af aktiviteter kan der nævnes: svømmehal, Padel, minigolf, fitnesscenter,bowling, tennis, stor kunststofbane, 2 x 18 hullers golfbaner o1 Academy bane. Derudover er der en fin sø med badebro og sauna - også i gåafstand, hvor man kan bade året rundt. I centret er der lækker spa, som blev færdig i 2022.
