There is immediate proximity to grocery stores, downtown, inner harbor and Farris bath. The house has a somewhat sheltered garden, and the outdoor life can be enjoyed on two lovely terraces, - one with beautiful lake views. Festival music can be heard from the porch and it is about 2.2 km to walk from the house to the Stavern Festival. Short distance (400m) to the bus stop for those who do not want to walk.

Tube with two seats, wakeboard, deck grill, port-a-potty. (Must be emptied when used according to Norwegian law) DAB radio and webasto heater. The boat has an echo sounder with temperature gauge and Navigation system with anchor guard. Otherwise, all ropes, fenders and anchors/chain and canopy, as well as life jackets for five people - adults and children.

Sleeps 3 but can bring a mattress for 1 extra if desired. Nice little aluminum rowing boat is ready by the water. If the boat is to be used, you must bring your own life jacket.
