Welcome to our cozy summer cottage, Hawhytten, on Spovevej in Agger🩵. Agger is a true gem for nature lovers and those who cherish the sea and tranquility. The house is a few minutes walk from the beautiful Fladesø and the effervescent North Sea, where you can enjoy long walks on the beach and feel the fresh sea air. The cottage is a very charming and authentic wooden house with ceilings for tilting in all rooms, a lovely conservatory, and wood-burning stove in the living room for the cool days, as well as a large garden with south-facing wooden terrace.

Styvelvej 2 is a lovely oasis close to the water and beautiful Tambohus. The house is located in beautiful nature with lots of wildlife right outside the door. Follow the path 200 meters and you are at the water's edge of the fjord. Here you get the feeling of grandmother's summer cottage house. Perfect for the small family. The area offers plenty of opportunities for e.g. fishing, surfing, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, etc. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant and cafes within 3 km. The whole house is newly renovated and looks nice.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water

The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset in the evening.

The Hayloft is the ideal retreat for two people. The gable is completely glazed and offers a magnificent view of the private lake and the national park behind it. In the middle of the room is the "Magic Box." It houses the kitchen, a dining area and the dressing room. At the top of the box is the gallery bed, which has a view far into the national park through the glass parapet. In the garden there is a deck and a work studio. 200 m to the sea.
