Small, cozy vacation home, 60 m² (646 sq ft), about 200 meters (656 ft) from the beach in the lovely Faldsled and Millinge area, a short distance from Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg town. There is a lovely view from the living room and the terrace over a meadow and a small glimpse of the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Peaceful holiday apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Svanninge hills and mountains between Faaborg and Odense. A respite from the busy everyday life in the middle of the South Funen countryside - surrounded by lakes, fruit plantations and forests. In June and July, you can pick your own seasonal berries. A wilderness bath can be purchased for DKK 250 per time, which covers water, firewood and cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be purchased for DKK 50 per person.
