Very nice place to stay ! Hostess great

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

Lovely, cozy place, with everything you could wish for. Amazing terrace with soothing views to the incredible back yard. Very close to everything. Outstanding host! Lydija welcomed us like an old friend! Incredible lady with two sweet dogs! Highly recommended. 10/10!! :)

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

Cutest, coziest place ever! Great location close to fun city center. Our hosts were so friendly and flexible about our arrival, we really appreciated it. The space was so clean and cozy, recently remodeled with everything you need and the bed was so comfortable as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Very nice seaview, very to close to center and beach

We stayed with a tour group of 8 people in the complex and had a very very nice stay there. We didn't miss anything. Overall very well maintained including outdoor area with pool. The location was also appealing, as we were able to reach everything important in minutes by car. However, here is the indication that a car is beneficial. Communication with the landlords also went smoothly. Conclusion: All in all very good!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

It was super nice. Everything was impeccable. Nearby, there is a freely accessible beach that can be easily reached on foot. There is also a restaurant which is also nearby, which is great. The accommodation itself is clean and everything is well prepared in the apartment. So there were actually no questions. Jagoda is very friendly and open. She keeps asking if everything is okay. That makes her a good hostess in my eyes. Definitely worth a recommendation.
