Morgan was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating on arrival time. The space itself is spacious, clean, and a pretty rustic decor without leaving out modern comforts. Close to the train station, the accommodation had a special interest for me who was coming by train.

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and fresh comforts awaited us (thanks also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. Thank you so much—I would love to visit again!

Spacious and comfortable apartment.

Karine's house is large, with land and terrace, well-equipped, with a nice view. Karine makes room for her guests and is very available and responsive for discussions. The rooms are very large. The house cat comes by to say hello and seems adaptable to passing travelers ;-). You can park in the yard directly, which is convenient. We went for a walk directly from the house.

Good location, even if the place is not young, it is spacious and clean. Shuttle to Les Corbier as well as to go around the resort completely free of charge. Good performance

What a lovely peaceful haven. I was looking for a peaceful, quiet place, well located for hiking every day, I was not disappointed. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped, and ideally located in the heart of the Chartreuse mountains. Régine is very welcoming, check-in is flexible when possible. She knows how to be present while leaving us alone throughout the stay. I thank her deeply and I will definitely come back, not necessarily in winter. Thanks Régine

A home with everything we needed. The dishes, the sponge, the tea towels everything was there to feel at home. The bathroom is sublime and the place is spotless! The location makes it easy to get out on Morzine in a few minutes and without a car. Garage is really a plus. During our next visit to Morzine we already know where we will stay.

Excellent pristine apartment in peaceful location. I used it as a base for cycling. Shower was good. Kitchen was great. I would stay again.

Leo offers a tastefully decorated apartment and a very pleasant attention to detail, everything was there! The neighborhood is quiet and good location. Leo is an accommodating and responsive host, I would recommend it without hesitation!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Very nice apartment for a stay with family or friends. Very spacious living room. Bedroom with ample space, storage but lacks some lighting. Great location. Very available and friendly host. You can book without a second thought.

Very bright studio, clean, very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secure in the building's parking lot, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
