We stayed for one night at Gaétan's apartment because we were going to a wedding in Pont de l'Arche, and it was very nice to stay there. The co-hosts were very available to answer our questions before the stay, and very flexible with our departure schedule. The apartment is very nice and pleasant, and located along the Eure in a very peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this place. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the jacuzzi to the pool, to the cleanliness and comfort of the place. Sylvie was an exceptional host: welcoming, caring and of rare kindness. She did everything to make us feel comfortable, and that was from the moment we arrived. Everything was planned for the comfort of my 9-month-old twins as well as for my 8-year-old son. We leave with very nice memories and the desire to come back! Thanks again for everything, Sylvie & Michel.

We traveled from the US and stayed here with friends—both families had young kids—and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was so convenient not having to worry about bringing or buying extra supplies. The space was comfortable and kid-friendly, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We always dreamt of visiting the French countryside and having a local village that caters to all needs! This place was a dream come true and the host was always responsive and even allowed a late check out free of charge! It was the most amazing 4 days and our Lab loved his first trip out of the UK! I highly recommend anyone to book this place!

We spent 2 nights at Sylvain's place. Very positive experience! Simple and independent check-in, small independent house with all the amenities you need, clean, well decorated and comfortable. With the heat of the last few days, it's very hot in the bedroom upstairs, but the ground floor remains cool. Note - dry toilets, a habit to take. The garden is beautiful, incredibly well-equipped with a stream that runs through it. Thank you Sylvain for your hospitality and responsiveness throughout our stay.

We were about twenty for 3 days on site to celebrate a birthday and we were not disappointed! Sports enthusiasts will find their account with all the amenities available outside. Accommodation photos and bedding as described. Christian is proactive and helpful. We would highly recommend it!

We were a large family looking for 3 bedroom home near Monet garden. Though could have driven from Paris which is not far off, we wanted to spend the entire day in giverny as a traveler, and not tourists. We have always promoted local business worldwide and were stoked to find a large home very close to all that we wanted to cover. This home is exact as described and photographed. Very comfortable, a responsive host, professionally cleaned and well equipped. As we were out most of the time, we didn't do justice of enjoying it as we should have. Maybe next time. Cheers!

The property was absolutly wonderful, the photos don’t do it justice! I particularly appreciated the garden with its beautiful array of trees and patches of forest. The estate was so vast I dont think we made it to the edge. The house was extremly private and out of sight of any neighbours. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, so were the beds. I was working online and the internet connection was good, even with multiple connections, with a very nice dedicated workspace. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable, with enough crockery for a banquet! While I was there the trees were ripe with fruit and we were treated to pears, apples, rasberries, blackberries, stawberries, grapes and more. The chickens generously provided us with fresh eggs every morning and the peacocks were not only beautiful to watch but also friendly. Not to talk about the wild forna including squirels, pheasents, woodpekers and other small birds… It was a pleasure meeting Philippe who not was an excellent host; showing us around the property and being helpful with our questions, but also an excellent cook, perparing traditional french food for us per our request. He was fun to be around. Overall a great experience, we are already planning when we can visit again!

Great weekend with friends! Good communication before our stay with Katia (host). The interior and exterior photos of the property are in line with reality, the accommodation is clean and without any vis-à-vis! Quality amenities (kitchen, bedding,etc.) and sufficient capacity for a group. Big advantages of this house: the heated outdoor pool and the covered hot tub but mostly accessible unlimited during the stay. A big thank you also to Michelle and Martin, who were very accommodating during the key exchange for check-in and check-out. Thanks Katia, this is a place I keep in my favorites!

We enjoyed the nice house that was equipped with all comforts with our family. It is truly a family home. The huge plus is the beautiful large garden and the beautiful view of the Seine! We used the canoes and sub boards. The train station is within walking distance and very cheap to travel to Paris. Thank you for your hospitality and we would love to come back again Esther!

Beautiful Norman house both charming and functional for a large family or a stay with friends. The house is ideal for young children (large garden, heated and covered pool, trampoline). Many living rooms inside (TV lounge, veranda, reading nook, bar) and outdoor areas for apero and barbecue (poolside, by the river etc.). We rented the house for a month and feel at home there. Gregory is very warm and communicative. We'll be back with pleasure!
