Beautifully beautiful, quiet location!! Everything was thought of. Fridge with juices, butter , jam and pudding. Cover yourself in theme for the children's beds. 😊 Very smooth communication as well. Top place!!

The accommodation is identical to the photos, really modern and really very well-equipped, clean with a plus for the bedding which is excellent. It is located in a very peaceful place, it's nice. But at the same time very close to everything that is great, no need for a car. We were quiet. Stéphane is a very responsive host; when we have a question or need, he remains available. Thank you for this trip!

We stayed at Gildas place whilst cycling the London to Paris. He was very helpful and recommended a few places to try for dinner. The apartment was immaculate Great location. Would highly recommend

Very spacious house, ideal for about ten people. The kitchen is also very well equipped, which is a real plus when cooking for a group. The house is located in a quiet area, in short I recommend it.

Great stay at Anne and Nicolas' house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. We had a great weekend for our friend's bachelorette party at Fabienne's. The place is beautiful, quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for meeting with friends. The pool and garden were clearly unanimous! Fabienne was lovely and very available, everything went really well. Thank you again for hosting us!

We had a great time at this accommodation. Very peaceful, calm and surrounded by beautiful vistas. It's a really tranquil environment with stunning views to chill out with family and/or friends. The hosts were very flexible as we arrived much earlier than planned - thank you! The gite is exactly as it is described and we would recommend this location and accommodation very highly. We would definitely want to come again.....

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We can really recommend it. My colleagues were accommodated here and in different Anna-Sophie's house. Both accommodation were clean, modern, peaceful and spacious. Anna-Sophie alwasy helped us with everything what we needed.

A very nice house and services in all respects consistent with the description and photos! We had a great weekend. The house offered a lot of activities that allowed grandchildren to share memorable moments in beautiful conditions. We really appreciated the arrival and departure times, which allow you to fully enjoy the place, the welcome and the follow-up of Mikael. Verneuil sur Avre, very close, is a pretty town with a beautiful market and quality shops. The pastry shop, Le jardin des gourmandises has made a superb and delicious room mounted. I would recommend this house. We will not hesitate to go back.
