On the leisure side : two bicycles at your disposal to discover the green lane for a stroll on the Normand heritage. You will appreciate our house for its calm, its charm, and the nature surroundings. Perfect place for a romantic or family escape (with 2 small children)

Come and relax or telecommute in the heart of nature! Spacious, very comfortable, the house can accommodate 7 people, plus a child. It is located 900 m from the town center, in a hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of the forest, and allows you to reach local shops (bakeries, pharmacy...) on foot, and to go directly for a walk in the forest of Perche Trappe. All 15 min from Mortagne, 2 hours from Paris via the N12, and 10 min from the Soligny water sports center.

On one level, it offers wonderful calm with its three "painters' rooms" — the Monet room, the Van Gogh room and the Bonnard room — and its large garden with furniture, barbecue, ping-pong and trampoline.
