In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". La Bérangère

La Bérangère is located in Romainvilliers, a small hamlet in the municipality of Escorpain. The house is ideally located 15 minutes from Dreux, 35 minutes from Chartres and its superb Gothic cathedral, 1 hour from Paris, and just over an hour from Giverny, the place of residence of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Visiting the Giverny Gardens is a delight. A Leclerc hypermarket is 5 km from the cottage in Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets.
