We had a great time at Hélène and Thomas's home. Very nice country house, beautiful volume for 2-3 families with children, with two beautiful living rooms, a large dining room and a warm seating area. The outdoors is great for having fun too. There are many children's amenities (baby room, children's room with several beds, games, high chair, outdoor games, bikes, scooters, baby carrier for bikes...). Hélène and Thomas are very friendly hosts and available if needed. We are delighted with our stay and will not hesitate to book this house again.

When you spend 12 hours driving in the car to get somewhere you want it to be incredible. It was more than that. Our family simply loved being here. Time stood still. The house, the pool and the surroundings were amazing!

We had a great week at this place to stay. When we arrived, the house was spotless and well equipped. The location is ideal, close to a forest and a charming village with bakery, cafe, restaurant, tobacco and grocery store. Lidl, Action and Marché U supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive away. Sophie, our host, was very available by phone, and Sylvain, the neighbor, welcomed us warmly with great advice on the area. We took full advantage of the spa, pool and ping pong table. The kids had fun with the bikes, toys, and swing. Don't miss the BBQ and ice dispenser! Note that a little extra charge for electricity is to be provided for the spa, heated pool and other facilities that consume more. I would highly recommend this place to families looking for a peaceful and green setting.

A very nice house and services in all respects consistent with the description and photos! We had a great weekend. The house offered a lot of activities that allowed grandchildren to share memorable moments in beautiful conditions. We really appreciated the arrival and departure times, which allow you to fully enjoy the place, the welcome and the follow-up of Mikael. Verneuil sur Avre, very close, is a pretty town with a beautiful market and quality shops. The pastry shop, Le jardin des gourmandises has made a superb and delicious room mounted. I would recommend this house. We will not hesitate to go back.

The villa is really very friendly and the garden is huge and very well maintained. The bedding is also very comfortable. The veranda is super nice. Belinda's team is very friendly and attentive.

A beautiful home on beautiful grounds. Everything is gathered together to have a very nice time! Whether with family or friends, this rental, in addition to being very well managed, allows you to spend some time apart, in the countryside, with everything you want. Hot tub, terrace, barbecue, games, etc, everyone will find their happiness!

We had a great weekend with friends. The proposed place is clean and peaceful. Facilities are also available to have a good time (bbq, pool, games...). Emmanuelle is very responsive to messages. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and peaceful cottage and our dog loved the large, secure garden. There’s a lot of walks within short distance while Vimoutiers has all the usual shops that you would want. Kitchen is modern and well equipped, and the cottage is a perfect spot to relax after a day at a countryside. Jean Pierre and Chantal are very welcoming and accommodating. It was a nice touch to have the fireplace ready when we arrive and a bottle of cider in the fridge. Both were very much appreciated. The cottage and the surroundings look even better than in the pictures.

A peaceful harbor in the heart of Le Perche Regional Park with a covered terrace with magnificent views of rolling countryside, sometimes visited by deer. Very comfortable and warm cottage, particularly well equipped, nothing is missing. Sophie is a very welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. We will happily come back on sunny days to enjoy the beautiful terrace and barbecue.

Very nice house and very welcoming hosts. There are plenty of things to do in and outside the house. Nice walk possible on foot from the house. The house is extremely well equipped, especially in the kitchen. One of the best Airbnbs we've done in terms of amenities. A big thank you to our hosts, super warm and not at all intrusive. we stayed 2 families with kids in the house. the place is great for the kids to play. there was plenty of space for the 2 families. the place was really tidy and clean. there is anything you can think off of at the house. you feel like at your own home when you are in there. Jane is a great host. she was really helpful and considerate at all times. we will try to come back soon.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this accommodation that combines comfort, relaxation and conviviality, both for young and old. The outdoor space is simply ideal: large, well-appointed and above all designed for all ages. The kids loved the multitude of games available — of high quality, which is rare enough to be highlighted — while adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Inside, even pay attention to detail: a space dedicated to children, both young and old, allowed them to have fun while we enjoyed a moment of calm. The hot tub is a real plus, very well maintained, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The sauna is also great, a real wellness bubble. Host Anthony was great from start to finish: very kind, attentive, always available and responsive, which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay.

Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

Pleasant stay with flexible check-in. Clean and comfortable house. Very convenient with children. Heating is set up before check-in, which is a plus.

We can really recommend it. My colleagues were accommodated here and in different Anna-Sophie's house. Both accommodation were clean, modern, peaceful and spacious. Anna-Sophie alwasy helped us with everything what we needed.

I had a hard time finding a Christmas for 12 people... before I came across the accommodation offered by Aurelia. Immediate favorite, booking right away (Aurélia is hyper-responsive), friendly exchanges to properly prepare for the stay - which was idyllic. The place is very friendly and friendly, you immediately feel at home. The rooms are perfect, each with its personality, the equipment in the kitchen is overflowing: in short, there is absolutely everything to enjoy in peace. Lots of activities to feed the stay: equipped televisions, home cinema, karaoke, ping pong, foosball... and a set of water baths to eclips a professional spa (swimming pool , jacuzzi and Nordic bath). Everyone had a great time and was delighted. I keep the best for last: the extreme kindness of Aurélia and her husband, who are both discreet and perfect, present and considerate. A dream welcome, which I highly recommend!
