An Absolute Paradise in Goa! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Porchi Mai House and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a peaceful haven away from the usual hustle and bustle of touristy spots. Starting from the entrance porch and verandah to the cozy foyer, charming kitchen, and the most beautiful bedrooms — everything about this home echoed the spirit of an old Goan household. The terrazzo flooring, wooden and cane furniture, artistic wall paintings, various lamps, and beautiful curtains all came together to create a warm, yellow, and mellow vibe — perfectly in sync with the slow pours and lush greenery surrounding the house. Porchi Mai House let's you experience the most important feature of a Goan House - The Balcao. You sit down on the stone bench outside, catch a breeze while watching the world go by. Food delivery is easy, but cabs are hard to find, so it's best to get a local cab driver's contact in advance.

Mandy is one of the best hosts I have come across and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs. She will make sure you are comfortable and there was a bedroom ac problem in this house so she offered me her 2bhk which was quite nice and more convenient for me as I was staying very near to that place. The WiFi was wonky for the first two days but I guess that was a problem in that area as my WiFi in the previous Airbnb wasn’t working at all. She gave me an early check in and even checkout was so smooth, no hassle or constant ringing of door bell to leave and all, she also agreed to give me a late check out. The house had some lovely artwork, antique furniture and was spacious and airy. The kitchen also had everything I would need to make my own meals. The Bluetooth speaker is what I enjoyed the most. Easy and relaxed vibe, it’s peaceful and a good society. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at Mani’s place was phenomenal! Mani is always on her toes to help you with all that you need, Zubin’s food is to die for, no need to go out on your lazy days just enjoy Chef’s special recipes at the convenience of your door steps. They takes care of the cleanliness even after being the care taker of 7-8 stray dogs, the place always looks flawless and always quiet. The perk in my room was it was always dark even in the day light so you have cozy sound sleep even during the day time, aroma of Zubin’s delicious food can make you feel hungry though ;) My favourite area of the property was the pool side where i could sip a cup of coffee with my sketch book and some in house dessert. The location is perfect all Zomato, blink it, Amazon delivers here. It was my work vacation So i was working as well and the Internet connectivity was available everywhere in the property. Thanks for being such a kind and wonderful host to me to both of you! 🙏🏼😇
