The rooms are very comfortable and the instructions are accurate with self check-in and check-out. The kitchen is very nice if you need to cook, with internet. Excellent accommodation, area, and so on. We had some problems with the MiniSplit batteries but he fixed it quickly. The keys to the cleaning products were not in sight, but they were quickly told and they told us where it could be found, the purified water extractor appliance had no charge, we did not find a cable to charge it, it was not in sight. But those small inconveniences were the only ones. I think it can be improved by leaving things in sight and adding those indications where they can be found. But everything was perfect. Always very attentive, he brought us a filter for the coffee maker that was not there, and he gave us a chocolate bar and some delicious Galician cookies that we loved. You have everything you need to spend a few pleasant days with the family. Located 3 minutes away from the main avenue and downtown Boca del Río. Close to beaches and malls. Excellent attention from Montserrat, our host. Always pendant, and responding quickly. I see if you go with people who are difficult to go up and down stairs, since from the parking lot you have to go down a few. We had a great time, place, facilities and very recommended host!!

I have traveled to Veracruz and it is certainly the best place I have ever stayed, a very quiet area with access controls. Condominium with common areas such as a swimming pool, gym, living rooms and the apartment, with a spectacular view, Luis was very attentive to our requests. I highly recommend this place, well distributed, air conditioning in full operation, very comfortable bedrooms, the ad indicates 3 beds in the secondary bedroom although there are really 2 (the space can be adapted and the third mattress can be placed functionally as another bed), bathrooms and showers in good condition, pet friendly only preferably small pets (it was my case)

we spent a few days in the incredible Úrsula depto... the beds and very rich pillows to sleep deeply... the depto has everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. the depto is in a very nice and exclusive area, the beach is in front and there is an Oxxo inside the fractionation, which facilitates the quick shopping of snacks and drinks. we will definitely be back on other dates. 100% recommended!

When you book through a platform you know that not everything will be perfect, but you accept it, what you never imagine is that what you are going to receive is much more than expected, and this is the case. The photos don't do justice to what this place offers, I was really surprised, everything was perfect, and more. The apartment has incredible taste, towels, water, sound equipment, of the highest quality, it even has a super pro coffee maker that makes all kinds of gourmet coffees. Griss' service is always perfect. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and the sunset from the terrace is very beautiful.
