Kosy Kot is a fantastic find, perfectly situated within driving distance of beautiful beaches and just a short walk from supermarkets. The cottage was spotless, offering a true home-away-from-home experience with all the amenities you could need. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. There were only a couple of minor drawbacks: the driveway is quite narrow, so we had to park across the road, and it would have been helpful if more than two toilet rolls were provided—we had to purchase additional ones. Despite these small inconveniences, we rate Kosy Kot a full five stars.

Pam was a great host, helpful and on hand if needed. The accommodation was exactly as described and worked well for us as we wanted a base for coastal walking. We also appreciated having a secluded outside space and a delightful garden to walk through. It was easy to get to bus stops with regular services in to Hayle centre, St Ives and beyond. Despite it being August bank holiday we were able to find places to eat, and there were two well known supermarkets close by for provisions. All in all we were more than satisfied.

We’re delighted to have a holiday break at this cozy and nicely decorated house. The furniture, fittings, appliances and even diffusers were carefully chosen by the owner. We had thought that it’d be inconvenient to stay at a house without TV. But it turned out that we had a great family time with the kids to chat and play board games (which were provided at the house) together. It’s like a detoxification camp! We do wish to stay at this house again next time when we come to Cornwall.
