We had a lovely stay at Kristel’s place, definitely recommend - super homey, sparkly clean and so well appointed with everything you would need, kitchen had more than your essentials, we enjoyed preparing dinner!

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

John was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was in an incredible location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

What a fabulous holiday house - short walk to the beach, beautiful views, plenty of space for extended family and everything we could possibly need. Great communication (especially in helping return my niece’s shoes!) and very easy check in/out.

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

My group of friends and I had a fabulous weekend celebrating our milestone birthdays. The house is very comfortable for large groups and the spa was a great social space. The heater kept us cosy and we had a very enjoyable time!

Gorgeous house and surroundings. The pool, the fire pit and outdoor kitchen bar were favourites. We had 4 families stay comfortably with young kids, I imagine it's even better in summer. It was well set up and the communication from the agent was good.

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The location was perfect, right along the coast with stunning ocean views. The property had everything we needed, including a relaxing spa and a refreshing pool. We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

This place was amazing! Very easy to find, very quiet. Perfect for if you want to spend your time relaxing. Perfect location, only a short 6 minute drive into town or right outside is a bus stop if you wanted to get public transport into town, really can’t get much better than that. This place was so worth the money, it’s much bigger than what appears in the photos and has everything you could possibly need. Definitely will stay here again.
