Very clean and tidy apartment, quiet and easy to find. The host's instructions were very clear and he was very responsive. The accommodation was conveniently located close to the beach and there were many places to park. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous home base for a fun and relaxing family vacation; teens/young adults can venture out on their own AND have privacy in their own rooms. Fabulously stocked kitchen including soap, some cooking staples. Markets Tu/Th/Sat are right outside the door offering fresh produce, incredible prepared foods, cheeses. Too many nearby patisseries to count!!! Impeccablely maintained, lots of linens, towels. And it was great to have a washer/dryer. Beautiful operable windows, amazing afternoon sunlight drenched the living room. Would definitely rent again. Loved every minute.

We really enjoyed our stay an Annie’s place. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, and she said she’s working on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

What a fabulous place to stay! Quiet, but walkable to all of Aix centre. We walked to dinner every night and came back to a peaceful house with a private backyard and pool. Having parking was a huge benefit and management team of Emma and Silvio was so helpful. Emma was very responsive. We fit 8 people comfortably with 3 couples and 2 singles.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. There is nothing there that doesn't exist. Best amenities. Great seating and of course nice pool. Olivier was always available and very friendly and helpful with his family. We will be happy to come back. At the house location you always have to travel by car. Also for shopping or a baker. You have to be aware of that. Unless you spend a lot of time at home. Here you can find everything. Kitchen great. BBQ wonderful. You hardly want to go out - but you would miss a lot. We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

Pleasant accommodation, clean, quiet and comfortable. Special mention for the owners who are very responsive, kind, and who made my arrival and stay great. Obviously, the car is essential to get around. I'll be back for sure!!

A great apartment, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Etienne was helpful, gave us a lot of information at checkin and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful forest walk a couple of minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment!

Florent was very welcoming and the place is super nice. Absolute calm, an inspiring and soothing decoration. Really great close to the lake and the Saint Suspi health trail, an exceptional setting to enjoy nature. If we come back to Miramas, we will definitely come back. TOP

Small studio in a quiet tourist residence, a little off the beaten track from Aix-en-Provence. Very nicely decorated and comfortable although not very bright. The small front terrace is part of the large upstairs terrace so not super private but at the end of the floor so quiet despite everything. Everything you need in the studio and even some condiments to make food and toiletries. Everything was clean and tidy.
