En las fotos se ve precioso, pero en persona es MIL VECES MEJOR! La energía impecable del lugar, combinada con la de Mary, hizo de mi primera vez en la Isla una experiencia maravillosa y expansiva. Me sentí cuidada por Mary incluso antes de mi llegada y durante toda mi estadía, por su puesto. El lugar es Divino, muy limpio, las habitaciones mucho más grande de lo que parecen y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, al cocinar teníamos todo lo necesario. El internet fue muy estable. Cada detalle está elegido con calidez y cada regalito por parte de Mary me hizo sentir muy especial. Jamás olvidaré que hasta un Mat de Yoga estuvo esperándome cuando le manifesté a Mary que el mío se quedaría en casa. Disfruté del balcón a diario, viendo amaneceres, escuchando el mar arrullador y contemplando su infinidad todos los días. La piscina deliciosa y la unidad en sí espectacular. La playa frente al edificio es hermosa, la mejor parte para disfrutar del agua está hacia la izquierda. Me voy Dichosa! ❤️?

Mi familia disfruto mucho la estadía, fue todo muy bonito y relajante. La host fue muy cordial, atenta con nuestras preguntas y amable. El apto fue cómodo y estaba bien equipado con lo que necesitáramos. El lugar está bien ubicado, cerca de playas y las piscinas estaban limpias. Recomendado para unas vacaciones, muchas gracias!

Muy feliz con mi estadía en el Aptto de Martha. Es segunda ves y sin duda volveré muy pronto. El Aptto está un edificio en muy buenas condiciones y en una zona cercana a centros comerciales y las mejores zonas gastronómicas de porlamar. Nunca me faltó el agua y luz. Además ofrecía servicio de limpieza al Aptto cuando uno lo desee. Me fui muy contenta

This place has a beautiful view. Very nice apartment tidy and clean. It has everything you need. It has its own underground garage which comes in very handy. The location is also perfect as you not only have access to a Beach right In front… but also nearby restaurants. The best ones in Margarita. Access to the Building is super convenient from main avenues in the area. It’s the perfect spot to Stay in Margarita for social nights like dining. And then central to all the best Beaches on the island. The pool is also very nice, only used it once as I only wanted to spend time in the Beaches. Definitely worth your visit

Daniel tiene una propiedad en una buena ubicación, que está acordé a lo esperado. La facilidad de poder embarcar en botes desde la comodidad del hogar es inigualable. La urbanización cuenta con buena seguridad y es un vecindario muy agradable. Lo más importante de este viaje fue la flexibilidad de Daniel con los horarios y las sugerencias de amenidades extras que solicitamos para nuestra estadía. De seguro volveremos!!

Excelente estadía. Apartamento super cómodo y limpio. Complejo seguro con linda piscina. Acceso a la playa privado. Playa muy linda, estuvo un poco agitado el mar y caminamos a playa el agua que queda a 15 min caminando, en la cual el agua estaba más tranquila. Zona tranquila y segura. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario. Huésped super atenta y disponible en todo momento. Volveria sin duda.

¡Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue absolutamente maravillosa! La casa superó nuestras expectativas en todos los sentidos, especialmente la piscina, que disfrutamos muchísimo. Su ubicación es perfecta para quienes buscan disfrutar de las hermosas playas de la zona, ya que están a muy poca distancia. Además, el ambiente tranquilo del vecindario nos permitió relajarnos por completo. Queremos agradecer especialmente al Sr. Ángel y al Sr. Francisco por su constante atención y preocupación por que estuviéramos cómodos. El equipamiento completo de la casa y la calidad de los servicios hicieron que tuviéramos una estadía perfecta, sin necesidad de preocuparnos por nada. Los días se nos hicieron muy cortos y nos fuimos con el deseo de haber podido quedarnos más tiempo para aprovechar todas las posibilidades que brinda esta increíble casa. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos ampliamente!

Excelente opción para pasar unas vacaciones, quedamos encantados con la atención de la anfitriona y con la casa. La ubicacion de este conjunto es super centrica, los vigilantes sumamente amables, las areas comunes impecables. Nos gusto mucho que hubiera un mini supermercado dentro de la urbanizacion donde podíamos desayunar y comprar cosas para la casa sin usar el carro. La casa muy cómoda y con una vista muy bonita al canal, donde nos pudo buscar la lancha directo en la propiedad para ir a la playa (super comodo). Repetiria mi estadia sin duda. Gracias por todo Yesi, agradecida!

Mónica me sacó de una emergencia en la madrugada (12am), me permitió hospedarme en su apartamento con mi familia, me respondió a pesar de no ser una hora debida y concretamos la estadía muy rápido, agradezco la confianza que tuvo. Además de eso el apartamento estaba impecable me agradó mucho, colocó a disposición artículos básicos necesarios para el huésped como Jabón, Champú, Café, Azúcar, Sal, Enjuague Bucal, detergente para lavar, papel, agua de tomar y siempre estuvo atenta ella y su esposo, hasta nos ayudaron en un problema que se nos presentó con el carro. Por esto sin dudas recomiendo este lugar a la comunidad.

Segunda vez que me hospedo en el departamento me parece excelente su ubicación y su vista hacia el mar espectacular, Elizabeth siempre estuvo atenta como siempre, el personal del condominio muy atentos y amigables, se mantienen muy bien las áreas comunes y la piscina en general una muy buena estancia sin duda la repetiré.

La afritriona súper amable, estuvo pendiente de todos los detalles desde nuestra llegada hasta el momento de nuestra partida. El apartamento contaba con todo lo que describía la publicación, y la ubicación, es perfecta, justo en frente al centro comercial la vela, allí tienes restaurantes, farmacia, tiendas, cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar.
