Absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect; we walked everywhere. It was spotlessly clean, calm and fully equipped. The perfect quiet spot to relax after a long day seeing beautiful Venice. Morena couldn't have been kinder and has thought of everything.We plan to come back. xxxx

Great location for everything and nice quiet area

Marco and Kety were great hosts. They had plenty of recommendations for us and helped out when needed. The place was spotless and in a good location. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

I love this apartment! It’s so light and airy! Great view to wake up to in the morning overlooking the Guidecca. Also easy to get to with Vaporetto or walking. Highly recommended!

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

Was a beautiful and peaceful stay - Patrizia is a friendly and responsive host. The place is clean and stocked up with lots of amenities, hairdryer, air con, towels, etc. Do keep in mind that for this balcony view, the unit will be on the top floor so you'll have to be okay with carrying any heavy luggage up a couple flights of stairs as there are no elevators. Would have preferred to have a self check-in option but the host was communicative and flexible with coordinating timing to meet up for checking in and showing us around the unit. It is a great neighborhood also close to a small market and a great cafe (Majer) for a quick breakfast. Would recommend!

Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Incredible beautiful place, at the right location, and the most amazing hosts. Location: it is located more in a quieter and I’m assuming residential places in Venice - which is super good as the tourists hotspots are way too loud. The location is easily accessible from anywhere to anywhere. Has a lot of eateries around too. The house itself is straight out of a dream. Super pretty and well maintained and was sufficient for the 3 of us. Hosts: the hosts were always super responsive! Very clear in their communications and always super understanding. Thanks Christina for checking us in even though it was super late. Monica responded super late night in an instant when I had an issue - and resolved in quickly! Cleanliness - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Not sure if I missed on anything, but overall it was a great experience to live here while we were in Venice. Thanks Monica, Cristina and team!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

This was a really great place to stay for my family and I. There was so much space and everything was clean and tidy. Having a secure parking space is a bonus!! Alessandro was very friendly and responsive and made sure the place was stocked up with plenty of amenities. We loved our stay and would recommend to all. Thank you for having us.

Very nice apartment, nothing to complain about.

We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. We had an unforgettable week in this stunning 2-bedroom apartment just steps from the iconic Rialto Bridge. The location could not have been better — right in the heart of Venice, with easy access to everything from charming local cafes and restaurants to vaporetto stops and hidden alleyways waiting to be explored. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus for our longer stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough — it was the perfect base for our Venetian adventure. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

This was a great place to call home! The apartment is away from the bustle of central Venice in a wonderful neighborhood - and *very* close to the biennale exhibits. It is very well appointed and impeccably clean. Silvia was our host, and she communicated kindly and clearly in advance of our arrival, greeted us at the vaporetto stop and introduced us to the apartment with great detail. Comfy stay & accessible with transport

Beautiful location, on a canal as described. If you like a place off the beaten path this place will please you. Although there were other tourists in the area, it felt peaceful in comparison to the more crowded areas of Venice. I was worried about leaving on an early morning flight out of Venice and the ferry to the airport was very conveniently located from the apartment, about a 10 minute walk.
