Please ask us directly It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

Entirely renovated and furnished with antiques. It's located on the 4th floor of a XIV century small palace, with direct access to a canal. You can arrive by water taxi directly at our building. As typical in Venice, It does not have a lift, but we take care of your luggage both at check in and check out, you don't need to carry anything !

I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
