very well received with a multitude of very good tips. Always smiling and available Nello allowed us to have a great stay.

Nice and clean place. The surrounding streets are not noisy for me at night so no problem for sleeping. The host is friendly.

Great place and great location. The kitchen might be a bit small when all guests are using it but I still recommend it!

clean, functional room with nice en-suite toilet. take note that it is a guest room so the kitchen is shared and the room is moderately sized. the housekeeper was lovely, and marco was very responsive and helpful. great location as well for exploring venice. not the easiest to find but marco was there when we arrived.

Nice little place. Shared amenities, everything super clean and tidy. A great option for Marco Polo airport “stays”. Many thanks to the host for being super responsive and booking my stay literally the last minute.

The place is very nice and clean, it was very nice. They welcomed us very well and Barbara's son speaks English and was able to communicate very well with us. The Roa deal was closed when we arrived at 9:00. The only thing I could observe is that when we arrived at night it seemed a little far from the train station. But it's a nice place, it's a very peaceful neighborhood.

I had an amazing stay at Federica’s place. Federica was super helpful with everything including sending me a very helpful carnivale programme. Federica’s place is in a great location and is a great base for a short trip to Venice.
