Vacation rentals in Venarotta

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

The apartment is located in a wonderful place with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river in which you can swim. To this a wonderful garden. Lucia is incredibly nice and helpful (she drove me to the train station). i was very happy there.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Both the hostess Maria Pia and her daughter were very kind and helpful. We were met at the street door and showed and explained details of the apartment. The apartment was was luminous, beautifully furnished and decorated, we had even fresh flowers. The apartment was spacious, perfectly situated and the view to the piazza was most wonderful with people sitting in cafes and children playing. The piazza itself is one of the most beautiful in Italy. Maria Pia was very friendly and hospitable and indeed had prepared for us everything we needed for a sweet breakfast.

L'appartamento di Roberto è molto accogliente come lo è la sua famiglia. Sempre disponibili per far si che non manchi niente, se passate da qui ve lo consiglio!

Maria Piera ja Pierluigi ottivat meidät erityisen lämpimästi vastaan ja tunsimme itsemme hyvin tervetulleiksi. Pääsimme heti maistamaan heidän erinomaista punaviiniään ja vino cotto:aan. Saimme myös viinirypäleitä ja viikunoita puutarhasta. Talo on tilava ja hyvin varustelu, etenkin pyykinpesumahdollisuudet olivat erityisen hyvät. Puutarha on suuri ja todella kaunis ruusuineen ja oliivi- ja hedelmäpuineen. Sijainti on erinomainen niin Sibilliinen kuin Ascoli Picenonkin suhteen. Mille grazie Maria Piera e Pierluigi!

5 Sterne – Ein echtes Zuhause in Offida! Die Wohnung war einfach super klasse – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Sie ist sehr liebevoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – man sieht vom Meer bis zu den Bergen! Wir haben uns sehr gern dort aufgehalten und viel Zeit auf der bequemen Terrasse verbracht. Die Lage mitten in Offida ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, parken und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Ein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß war die Flasche regionaler Wein und die frischen Kirschen – beides haben wir mit großer Freude auf der Terrasse genossen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

E un luogo bellissimo, con un visto mozzafiato di Monte Vettore, in un paesaggio tranquillo, ma non troppo distante dai servizi. Dori e un ospita fantastica e vi dara consigli esperti su cosa da fare e vedere nei vicini. E un località perfetto per rilassarvi a casa oppure esplorare le montagne, le colline e tutto il paesaggio bellissimo delle Marche. La casa di Leonardo’s è perfetta, due camere, doppio servizi, una cucina semplice ma perfettamente adatta, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, un’area aperta spaciosa, sentieri nei boschi e un ottimo ristorante a 500 metri dalla casa! E completamente ristrutturata in uno stilo locale e autenticato come potete vedere dalle fotografie. Godetevi in questo meraviglioso posto. E un paradiso. This is a most beautiful place, with a wonderful view of Monte Vettori, in peaceful countryside, but not far from all the services you need. The apartment has everything you need, in a beautifully restored and authentic old farmhouse, and Dori is a fantastic host!
